About Me

I came to be a psychotherapist in midlife, with a background in art and spirituality. I know how creativity and inner wisdom can be beneficial to the healing process, and that it is abundant and available to all people (sometimes people have yet to know this about themselves, and it's a matter of discovering those gifts together during the therapeutic process). We all dream. Sometimes clients choose to avail themselves of this wisdom during therapy. I am trained as a dreamworker, and have been a member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams since 1996. I have given many presentations and workshops on dreaming and dreamwork, to laypeople and therapists alike.
I delight in the natural world and the way it attempts to maintain balance. I value evidence of authenticity and effort. I heartily believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all people.

Additional Information

It may feel like something isn't as it ought to be. Old coping mechanisms may have been outgrown. A new value system may be evolving. Early disappointments and betrayals might have influence in your life even now. There may be a recognizable difference between the way you feel and the way you respond. It's possible to become authentic. My desire is, "Helping You To Find Yourself, The Way You Want To Be."
However you'd like to be helped, I'd be honored to share your journey.
