About Me

I am very skilled at creating a warm and comfortable space for people who are looking to improve their quality of life by gaining self-knowledge. I work intuitively with people to help them develop inner strength and focus on healing themselves. I am a strong believer in an eclectic approach to working with clients. I help people look at adult relationship patterns and connect them to issues stemming from their families of origin. I also have innate knowledge of trauma resolution and the relationship between trauma and addictions. When appropriate, I incorporate both spiritual and 12-Step principles.

As a psychotherapist, I utilize a wide-ranging array of skills to guide my clients to better self-awareness and acceptance. While having broad experience in Psychodynamic/Relational psychotherapy, I also have extensive training in Psychodrama and Creative Arts therapy, and utilize these innovative approaches to help individuals resolve trauma.

I have worked in many aspects of the entertainment industry, and I bring this expertise to my work. I conduct Creative Arts workshops for actors called The Inner Stageā„¢. I also run a monthly women's Psychodrama group and a co-ed Psychodrama group. Please call for a free telephone consultation.
