About Me
I use an integrative, non-pathologizing approach in working with a wide variety of presenting problems, from anxiety and depression to trauma recovery, grief and loss, and the existential challenges that each stage of adult life presents. My work makes use of present-centered somatic experiencing, mindfulness approaches, and traditional depth psychology modalities and is informed by attachment theory and neuroplasticity research. I work with adult individuals and also with couples, including adult siblings and parents/adult children. My approach is interactive and relational, with the goal of facilitating the capacity that each individual has to achieve healing and wholeness.
