Hello. Change does not happen unless you identify and define the nature and source of the difficulty. Once defined and clarified you have a choice as to whether you want to make changes so your behavior matches your new insight. I see individuals dealing with relationship issues of all kinds. I specialize in couples counseling, with a focus on increasing communication skills in order to get more of their emotional needs met. Trained as a Cognitive-Behavorist, I incorporate Experiential and Systems Theory along with Family of Origin into my work in the here and now.
